How to export from QuickBooks Australia
Step 1 — Run the Transaction List report
Go to Reports → search "Transaction List by Date" → open it.

Step 2 — Set your date range
Set the period to This Financial Year (or custom: 1 Jul 2025 → today). Click Run Report.

Step 3 — Export
Click the Export icon (top right) → Export to CSV.

Step 4 — Upload above
Drop the file on the upload zone. Do this separately for PoweredBy and Arepo.

⚠ Tip: Needs at least a Date and Amount column. Positive = income, negative = expense. Extra columns are ignored.
Opening Balances
Enter account balances at the start of your export period. Find these in QuickBooks under Chart of Accounts → View Register.
